The scope of this project included the construction of a 838 LF long x 16' LF wide pre-engineered prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge with cast in place concrete deck.  The bridge was constructed over SR 32 in Westfield, IN.  The bridge included 6 cast in place piers, 7 spans (6 qty 110 LF spans, and 1 qty 176 LF span).  The 176 LF span was delivered in two segments and was bolted together on the ground and then erected at night during a total shutdown of SR 32.  The approaches were constructed with large block walls with compacted granular fill.  The piers and abutments are supported on piles.
