We take the time to understand all elements of the contract, including drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports and schedule. When there are conflicts between the contract documents, specified systems or field conditions, we identify them early and work with the owner and design team to address them, maintaining the design intent with minimal impact on project cost and schedule.
