The scope included the removal of an existing deteriorated concrete pedestrian bridge and replacement with a new 180-foot-long, five-span (36'3", 36', 38', 36' and 36'3") by 10-foot-wide architectural concrete arch pedestrian bridge. The bridge incorporated a rotunda in the center span to maximize the nature views, as well as an ornamental metal handrail.
