This bridge replacement included 3-foot diameter drilled shaft foundations, precast concrete abutments, 500 lf of precast retaining wall, 94 tons of PZ-27 sheet piling, 20 tieback ground anchors and two 55-ton steel superstructures. The substructure and superstructure work for each track was completed in two weekend shutdowns. The project was completed ahead of schedule in November of 2006.
